Contact, quote, and invoice-assistance forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property information, project description, and any uploaded photographs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss services, prepare estimates, and coordinate your project. Requests from this website are reviewed by Tri-State’s team and authorized website administrators to help respond to your inquiry.
Submission records and security
A copy of your request and any photos is stored privately on the server so the team can follow up and recover a request if email delivery is interrupted. Please do not submit payment card numbers, bank information, or other sensitive personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by this website. We keep your payment reference, invoice number, name, email, amount, and verified payment status for reconciliation. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Essential cookies
The forms use an essential session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicate requests. This website does not include advertising trackers. Server access logs may record technical information such as IP address, requested page, and time of access. A hashed network identifier is used to limit form spam.
